At Misendy, each order is prepared with care and intention. Delivery timelines may vary depending on whether your item is in stock or made to order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs and delivery options are provided at checkout based on delivery location and selected shipping method. 

Complimentary shipping is available for all orders delivered to: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Items (Limited Quantities)

  • GCC countries: 3–7 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–10 business days

  • All in-stock pieces are held in limited quantities and undergo final quality checks before shipment.

  • (Delivery times begin once your order is confirmed and processed.)

     

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 weeks

  • This timeframe allows for production, finishing, and quality checks before shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. If additional information is required to process or verify your order, our team may contact you by email or phone.

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Misendy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Failed or delayed payment authorization

  • Courier-related disruptions beyond our control

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on our website exclude customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. Any additional fees imposed by the destination country (including customs duties or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Damages During Shipping

Misendy is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim

  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required
