(Made-to-Order & In-Stock Items)

At Misendy, each piece is created with care and intention. To respect the craftsmanship behind our designs while ensuring a fair and transparent experience, our return and refund policy varies depending on the nature of the item.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order items are crafted especially for you and therefore are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is an issue related to sizing or construction that results from an error on our side, we will gladly offer:

• A complimentary retouch or adjustment
• All alteration and shipping costs covered by Misendy

To request a retouch, please contact us by email on contact@misendy.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item worn or laid flat

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

In-Stock Items

For items that are ready-to-ship and in stock, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by email on contact@misendy.com specifying the order number and reason of return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions

• Custom / made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an in-stock item within 14 days, provided it is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
